Marlon Harewood is unsure what the future holds when he returns to Blackpool at the end of his loan spell at Barnsley.
The striker joined Blackpool last summer and had scored five goals in 16 Premier League appearances before linking up with Barnsley at the end of February.
He has scored three goals in six games for Barnsley and is using his stint at Oakwell to build up his match fitness.
Harewood has a further season to run on his contract at Blackpool and is in no rush to reach a decision on his future.
"Where I am next season is really Barnsley's decision," said Harewood.
"I've got another year at Blackpool, but I can't really say things when I don't know what is going to happen in the future.
"It's a really good spirit up in Blackpool, but I'm a Barnsley player at the moment.
"That's what I'm going to be working on and try and help them set their goals."
