Wolves marksman makes Aston Gate switch

Bristol City have landed Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Andy Keogh on loan. As revealed by skysports.com earlier on transfer deadline day, the Robins expressed an interest in signing the 24-year-old frontman. And they have been successful in bringing Keogh to Ashton Gate after agreeing a 93-day deal for the Republic of Ireland international's services. Manager Keith Millen, who introduced the former Leeds United marksman to his new team-mates on Monday, said: "We're delighted to be able to bring Andy on board." Keogh had scored two goals in 13 outings for Bristol City's Championship counterparts Cardiff City in a recent loan spell. And the ex-Scunthorpe man could make his Robins debut against Swansea City on Tuesday night.
