Sky Sports News understands Blackpool have completed the signing of Israeli defender Dekel Keinan.
As revealed by skysports.com last month Blackpool had lined up a move for the the Maccabi Haifa defender after he impressed on trial.
The 25-year-old has agreed a two-year deal at Bloomfield Road and was just awaiting a work permit to seal the switch.
It appears a work permit has finally been granted to the central defender and he is poised to become Blackpool's seventh signing of the summer.
It means Keinan could be available for next weekend's clash at Arsenal.
