Peterborough boss Darren Ferguson reckons his side were hard done by following the 1-0 reverse to Nottingham Forest.
Ferguson believes Andy Reid's decisive goal came when Peterborough were starting to dominate the match.
"Losing that game is a really hard one to swallow because there is no doubt in my mind we deserved something out of it," Ferguson said.
"I did fear there may be trouble when their lad ran with the ball and so it proved.
"We had worked on not allowing their better players to have the ball high up the pitch, but unfortunately we didn't manage to cut it out in that situation.
"Their goal came in our best period of the game. We were really turning the screw at that point.
"Getting a result would have been the perfect end to what has still been a very good week, but it just wasn't to be."
