Skysports.com understands Millwall are in talks with Sheffield United striker Darius Henderson.
The 29-year-old forward has one year left on his contract at Bramall Lane but the Blades are keen to offload him because of his high wages.
United were relegated from the Championship last season following a miserable campaign, while Millwall narrowly missed out on a place in the play-offs.
Henderson is an experienced attacker who made his breakthrough at Reading before other spells at Gillingham and Watford.
He only made eight appearances last term for the South Yorkshire outfit who are undergoing a rebuilding process as they look to get out of League One at the first time of asking.
