Burton manager Paul Peschisolido has signed Nottingham Forest striker Nialle Rodney on a month's loan.
The 20-year-old, a product of the academy at the City Ground, joins the Brewers in an attempt to get some first-team experience.
After enjoying a relatively successful first season in the Football League last time out, Burton are struggling this term and currently find themselves languishing in 22nd in League Two, albeit with several games in hand over the bottom two.
"He is somebody we have been looking at for a while," Peschisolido told the club's official website. "He has been in and around the first-team squad (at Forest) and he will certainly be a good addition for us.
"He is strong, quick and very direct. We wanted somebody who could bring a bit more presence and pace to the squad as I think we need a bit more athleticism."
