Brentford climbed off the bottom of the table with an away win as Rotherham drew at Brighton.
The Bees were 3-0 up against Blackpool inside 30 minutes thanks to goals from Andrew Frampton (15) and Joe Kuffour (29 & 30).
Scott Vernon pulled one back for Blackpool deep into stoppage time but the visitors were comfortable winners.
Rochdale meanwhile drew 0-0 away at Brighton & Hove Albion.
Oldham moved top on goal difference, beating Tranmere 1-0 at Boundary Park, Chris Hall scoring the only goal late on.
Bournemouth came away from Chesterfield with a win, the only goal of the game coming from James Hayter on 52 minutes.

Bradford struck late to steal a point from Nottingham Forest as the sides drew 2-2 at Valley Parade.
Bruce Dyer had Bradford in front early but their lead was short-lived as Nathan Tyson levelled it (10) and Jack Lester netted a second for Forest (18).
And it took until the 89th minute for any further goals when Billy Paynter grabbed a point for Colin Todd's side.
Cheltenham came from behind to beat Swansea at home 2-1.

Doncaster suffered a home defeat to Carlisle, despite leading for the entire first half.
James Coppinger put the hosts ahead inside three minutes, but second half strikes from Jeff Smith (56) and Karl Hawley (78) secured the points for Carlisle.
