Paul Evans is training at Rotherham having been informed he has no future at Nottingham Forest.

The former Bradford City schemer has been adjudged surplus to requirements at The City Ground and is now on the lookout for a new club.

Evans has not figured at all under Gary Megson this term and will now seek pastures new in a bid to rejuvenate his stalled career.

Whilst Millers chief Mick Harford will run the rule over a player he has worked with previously, at Forest, he insists Evans is at Millmoor with the sole priority of getting himself fit.

''Paul is just coming to train with us in order to help get himself fit,'' Harford told the club's official website.

''That's all there is to it.''
