Bristol City have snapped up Swindon Town defender Matty Heywood.
The 25-year-old was out of contract this summer and has been persuaded to join Brian Tinnion's side.
Heywood will make his move official when he joins the club on July 1 when his Swindon contract expires.
The Robins suffered a disappointing season in League One and will be hoping their new signings can help secure promotion next time around.
Heywood is the club's third bosman signing of the summer following the captures of Grant Smith and Alex Russell.
