BRISTOL CITY have made a bid to Scottish First Division champions Falkirk for highly-rated striker Lee Miller.

The 20-year-old has been attracting plenty of interest, including that of Scottish Premier League side Aberdeen, who had their latest bid to the Brockville club for the young hit-man turned down.

Robins manager Danny Wilson refused to say how much money was being tabled for Miller but The Bairns have already turned down a bid of over £200,000 from an unnamed English Nationwide League club for the Scottish Under-21 international.

Miller has indicated to his club that he wants to continue his career in England and Wilson will hope he can bring the lanky forward to Ashton Gate.

"Lee is a young striker of great potential and we have put in an offer for him," Wilson told the club's official website.

"It has not been accepted as yet and we are waiting to hear from Falkirk."
