Sky Sports selects the Team of The Week from this weekend's League One action.
Alex Cisak - Portsmouth
Young goalkeeper Cisak made a big impression on his Pompey debut against Coventry as he pulled off a string of fine saves in the first half. The 23-year-old, on loan at Fratton Park from Oldham, kept his new side in the game as he withstood pressure from the Sky Blues to pave the way for Izale McLeod's leveller in the 1-1 draw.
Jon Otsemobor - MK Dons
The Dons romped to a 5-1 home win over Colchester to climb into second place in the table and Otsemobor contributed with their third goal as he nodded home a Dean Bowditch corner. The right-back also played a key role in defence as the home side kept the U's at bay.
Rob Jones - Doncaster
Jones put in another influential performance for Doncaster as they thumped his former club Scunthorpe 4-0, scoring a towering header for his side's third goal to mark his second strike in as many games, while also helping Rovers to a seventh clean sheet of the season.
Mathieu Baudry - Leyton Orient
Another goalscoring defender this week was Baudry for Leyton Orient as they saw off Preston 2-0. The Frenchman drew first blood for the home side on the stroke of half-time as he netted his first league goal for the Londoners, while he also cut a solid figure at the back as the hosts claimed a clean sheet.
Jake Bidwell - Brentford
Brentford claimed an assured 2-0 victory over Sheffield United and Everton loanee Bidwell helped keep things tight in defence, with manager Uwe Rosler commenting after the game that the 19-year-old did not make a single mistake.
Harry Forrester, Brentford
Another Bees player who makes the cut is midfielder Harry Forrester, who netted his side's second against the Blades. The 21-year-old struck after half an hour to follow up Clayton Donaldson's opener, driving home a rasping effort from long range.
Alan Judge - Notts County
Magpies midfielder Judge, nicknamed 'The Irish Messi', scored his fourth League One goal of the season to hand the Magpies a 1-0 home triumph over Swindon. Judge's winning strike was a memorable one as he unleashed a long-range piledriver on 28 minutes.
Shaun MacDonald - Bournemouth
MacDonald ran the show in midfield as Bournemouth twice came from behind to snatch a 2-2 draw at Bury. The Cherries man was a composed presence in the middle of the park as he helped his side remain unbeaten since the return of manager Eddie Howe.
Luke Chadwick - MK Dons
Chadwick was another star performer in the Dons' decisive triumph over Colchester, netting either side of the break. The midfielder linked up superbly with teenage loan star Patrick Bamford as the striker set up both of his goals.
Lauri Dalla Valle - Crewe
Fulham loanee Dalla Valle netted two goals inside three minutes to hand Crewe a 2-0 victory at home to Crawley. The 21-year-old headed home a Luke Murphy free-kick before applying an easy finish to Byron Moore's assist after a superb Chuks Aneke through-ball.
Mark Beck - Carlisle
Carlisle triumphed 3-1 at Yeovil and Beck fired home a first-half brace to inspire the win, marking his first league goals for the visitors. The 18-year-old opened the scoring after 21 minutes before smashing a brilliant second into the top corner from 20 yards soon after the break.
