Preston have offered youngsters Jack Ryan and Nick Anderton their first professional contracts.
The pair, both 18, will sign one-year deals with an option for a further 12 months, having impressed at academy level and while out on loan.
"It is nice that we have been able to give the opportunity to Nick Anderton and Jack Ryan to get professional contracts," boss Simon Grayson told the club's official website.
"They have showed what they are capable of doing, they have both been out on loan and they have earned that right to get a contract."
Ryan spent the latter part of the season at Stalybridge Celtic while Anderton helped Chorley to promotion.
