Carlisle have signed of Manchester United pair Sam Byrne and Charni Ekangamene on loan until the end of the season
Striker Byrne, 19, has represented the Republic of Ireland at all youth levels and joined the Premier League champions from local side St Josephs in 2011. Midfielder Ekangamene, also 19, has been a key player in the under-21 set-up at Old Trafford and attracted the interest of Chelsea and Arsenal before signing for the Reds.
