Leyton Orient boss Russell Slade says his Manager of the Month award is a reward for everyone at the club.
The O's have made a flying start to the season with five straight wins leaving them sitting pretty at the top of League One.
"We're really pleased, it's a trophy for all of us and it highlights the momentum that we have achieved over the last few months," said Slade.
"We hope to keep it going and long may it last.
"It's credit to the group that we have kept that momentum going and provided we can stay away from injuries I'm sure we can have a successful season."
