Preston striker Stuart Beavon has rejected rumours that he is homesick and considering a move away from Deepdale.
Rumours have circulated that former Wycombe man Beavon was unhappy at PNE and was seeking a move back down south this summer.
Beavon, who arrived from Wycombe on transfer deadline day last August, insists he is happy in the North West and is looking forward to the new season.
"I have heard rumours that I am homesick and looking to leave, but that is not true," Beavon told Sky Sports
"I am loving it at Preston and I am really looking forward to the new season.
"I am excited at the prospect of playing alongside Kevin Davies and I can't wait to get started."
