Brentford are to take the opportunity to have a look at Viktoria Plzen winger Martin Fillo during a trial spell.
The 27-year-old, who has been capped three times by Czech Republic, is well known to Bees boss Uwe Rosler having worked under him at Norwegian outfit Viking Stavanger.
The pair could now be reunited at Griffin Park, with Brentford looking to bring fresh faces into their ranks ahead of the 2013/14 campaign.
No transfer talks have been held with Plzen as yet - regarding a loan agreement or a permanent transfer - with all parties keen to work with each other before a decision is taken.
"He is going to join Brentford's training during a pre-season camp in Germany," Plzen general manager Adolf Sadek told CTK.
"We will negotiate the form of this potential transfer to England in the coming days.
"Brentford's manager is very keen on taking Martin there because he coached him during a spell at Viking Stavanger."
