Bradford manager Phil Parkinson feels it was crucial to keep his backroom staff together at the club this summer.
Parkinson, assistant boss Steve Parkin and fitness coach Nick Allamby ended speculation over their future when they all signed new deals at Valley Parade after the club had sealed promotion to League One via their play-off final win over Northampton.
"It's very important that we have everyone still in place and sorted in plenty of time before next season," Parkinson told the club's official website.
"I didn't know Steve or Nick really before coming to the football club, but, along with (head physio) Matt (Barrass), we work well together.
"We have a good group of staff here, and keeping this team in place will hopefully help the club to continue to progress.
"I think in the modern day game of football there can be so much chopping and changing - continuity can be a difficult thing to get at a football club.
"We have that in place here however, and hopefully we'll reap the benefits from that."
