Oldham winger Cristian Montano is expected to spend at least two months on the sidelines after scans confirmed a torn thigh muscle.
Montano, who missed Latics' dramatic 3-2 FA Cup triumph over Nottingham Forest after suffering the injury at Scunthorpe on New Year's Day, has suffered a grade two tear that means an absence of between eight to 10 weeks. The 21-year-old moved to Boundary Park from West Ham in August and has made 28 appearances for Paul Dickov's men this season.
