Uwe Rosler said he did not want to think about Brentford's joint-top of League One position after their 2-1 win at Notts County.
Clayton Donaldson headed in the winner for the Bees in the 88th minute after County went to sleep from a corner.
A Tony Craig own-goal had put County ahead after 20 minutes before Adam Forshaw equalised when seemingly well offside before the interval.
Rosler said: "The main recipe for us to keep our run going is to keep our feet on the ground. We can let the journalists and other people speak about league positions.
"To win that game in the last minute is fantastic. After the first 30 minutes we were the team that was running the show and I think we deserved to win.
"We struggled early on and they had the momentum without creating many chances and I think they deserved their goal.
"After that we changed our shape and put Adam Forshaw behind the strikers and the momentum of the game turned, and in the second half our fitness showed."
