Yeovil boss Gary Johnson slammed his side's "embarrassing" performance after their 3-1 home defeat to Carlisle.
A brace from towering teenager Mark Beck and a Joe Garner header handed the Cumbrians their first victory in six league games, after Reuben Reid gave the disappointing hosts a glimmer of hope at two-nil down
"They were more passionate than us on the day which is always really disappointing," Johnson said. "When we lost the first part of the game I expected the lads to come good and show a bit of effort.
"I think Joe Edwards gave his all, but the others had poor games and didn't show enough mental strength to get us back in the game.
"It's one of those embarrassing days and I'm disappointed, but some people are going to be made to work very hard in the next 10 days. Call it a punishment or whatever you like. We need to build for the Wycombe game and we're going to be working every single day.
"We've been on a good run but every time we get an opportunity to step into the higher reaches of the league again, we seem to fail. These sort of performances drag you back into the relegation zone."
