Kevin Blackwell believes his Bury side have shown enough application on the road to head to Yeovil in a confident mood.
The Shakers are still searching for their first league win of the season after Carlisle netted a last-gasp equaliser to secure a 1-1 draw at Gigg Lane on Tuesday night.
But last weekend's injury-time loss at Crawley, the club's Johnstone's Paint Trophy penalty shoot-out win over Rochdale and last month's draw at Stevenage have given Blackwell plenty of reasons to stay in high spirits
"It's tough, every game is tough," he said. "You're in someone's back yard. We knew it was tough at Crawley and look at what the lads did there,
Stevenage - look what they did there, Rochdale - look what they did there.
"So I've got every confidence in the players now and I think they've got a bit more confidence in themselves and believe that when you ask questions of them, they've shown they can answer those questions.
"And that's all I want them to do - believe in themselves, I know they're better than maybe some of the results have shown. And if they just keep doing that we can't keep getting kicked in the wotsits. It can't keep coming, so we'll turn that around. The players went home (after the Carlisle game) full of belief and we've got to try and build on that."
