Bournemouth veteran Steve Fletcher has hailed the return of Eddie Howe as manager, having left Burnley last week.
Howe brought legendary striker Fletcher back to the club in 2009.
Fletcher told the club's website: "I am over the moon. I think it's what the club needed and I am just looking forward to getting back into training.
"I think he is the reason I was back here and the reason I probably am still here. So I probably owe my career to him or the latter part of the career.
"He is still young in management terms - he has been in the game for four years but it is still relatively new to him. I can already see in the first day really that things have changed from when he was last here.
"I'm sure with the experience he'll have had with a big club like Burnley, it's only going to profit ours. He knows the task ahead that's for sure - he's a wise character and he will be great."
