Scunthorpe have completed the signing of Karl Hawley on a free transfer on a deal that will expire at the end of January.
The 30 year-old striker will make his debut in Saturday's clash with Sheffield United. Hawley had been without a club since leaving Notts County at the end of last season. His most successful spell was at Carlisle where he scored 47 goals in 118 league games.
