Boss lauds 'fantastic' Robins

Image: Di Canio: Heaped praise on team

Paolo Di Canio praised his Swindon side for opening a four-point lead at the top of League Two with a 2-0 win over Burton Albion.

Second-half goals from substitute Ronan Murray and Paul Benson - the 100th of his career - were enough to ease Di Canio's pacesetters to victory and extend their club-record winning run to 10 matches. The Italian said: "My team did very well. They were fantastic and I am very happy. "The first half was difficult for us. Burton tried to play football and worked hard. It was difficult to find space. "We created six or seven chances in the second half and you could see the difference in our play."
