Huddersfield manager Simon Grayson gave credit to Stevenage after seeing his side concede a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 at Broadhall Way.
The Terriers stormed into a 2-0 lead early in the second half through Danny Ward and Lee Novak before Michael Bostwick pulled one back for Stevenage, who looked to have missed out when Huddersfield goalkeeper Alex Smithies saved Scott Laird's penalty, but Robin Shroot grabbed an 88th-minute equaliser. Grayson said: "We were comfortable for the most of the game. In the first half we worked their goalkeeper a lot. "But you've got to give credit to Stevenage, who are a good, hard-working team who have been together a long time and have turned over every team in the top five and held Spurs here. "We'll be disappointed we've ended up drawing the game, but this is a difficult place to come to. I thought the penalty was a soft decision in the first place, but obviously Alex has made a great save and we thought we could have won it at 2-1 or got a third one. "It's something that's happened a little bit over the course of the season where they've thrown away leads, but you can't fault them for what they've done and the supporters would have probably settled for a point before the game."
