Former Leeds boss agrees to replace Clark

Sky Sports understands Simon Grayson is poised to land the vacant manager's job at Huddersfield Town. Huddersfield have been searching for a new manager since the surprise sacking of Lee Clark last week and it appears they have plumped for Grayson. Talks are believed to have been held between Grayson and Huddersfield over the weekend and the 42-year-old has agreed to take up the role at the Galpharm Stadium. Terriers chairman Dean Hoyle revealed last week he was due to return from a holiday this week to appoint a new manager and it appears he is set to rubberstamp the move for Grayson with further talks planned for Monday. It will mean a speedy return to management for Grayson following his sacking by Leeds at the start of February.
