Scunthorpe manager Alan Knill wants more progress after Iron secured their second win this week with a 3-1 win over Leyton Orient.
The Iron trailed at half-time after Jonathan Tehoue had opened the scoring but a stirring second-half performance with goals from Josh Walker, Andy Barcham and Jon Parkin sealed the three points.
"It's been a very good week and let's hope it continues. To have a fully-fit squad with everyone pushing for places as we had is invaluable for any team that wants to do well," Knill said. "I thought that Orient were the better side in the first 45 minutes and we were under the cosh but I didn't think it was a case of us playing badly but rather them playing really well.
"But we took a breather, changed the shape a bit and it worked. I thought we were good value for the win in the end having scored three goals away from home."
Knill brought in three players during the January transfer window and he acknowledged the role of the newcomers in the victory.
He added: "Jon Parkin, David Mirfin and Jamie Reckford are good players who have a stature about them, they carry themselves well and it rubs off on the other players"
