Wycombe manager Gary Waddock insists the club is on an upward spiral as they prepare to take on high-flying Sheffield United.

Consecutive home wins have seen the Chairboys climb out of the League One relegation places.

And despite knowing the task facing them is a big one, Waddock says his team are looking forward to the trip to Bramall Lane.

"It'll be a tough task. We've got nothing to lose and everything to gain, we can be in a relaxed frame of mind about it," Waddock told Wycombe's official website.

"Everyone's looking good and we've got plenty of competition in the squad now. "On the back of the results last week it's a good place to be.

"We got the three points, we climbed out of the bottom four and now we've got to build on that."
