Oxford have signed Wycombe's Scott Rendell on loan until the end of the season after the striker fell out of contention with the Chairboys.
Rendell, who spent a month with Bristol Rovers in October, has found first-team opportunities hard to come by at Adams Park this season.
The 25-year-old forward has made just 11 appearances, scoring one goal, for Wanderers this term and heads to the Kassam Stadium in pursuit of regular football.
Rendell could make his debut in the League Two clash with Barnet this weekend.
U's manager Chris Wilder was pleased to have secured Rendell's services, telling the club's official website: "Scott is an experienced striker who has scored goals wherever he has been.
"We are delighted that he has joined us and he definitely adds to our attacking options."
