Italian striker Marcello Trotta hopes he can extend his loan at League One outfit Wycombe.
Trotta played the final game of his month-long stay with Wanderers on Saturday and is poised to return to parent club Fulham.
"I think we are looking at something for Christmas," Trotta told BBC Three Counties Radio. "I'm happy at the club and it's good for me to stay here. When you enjoy it you score goals and are happy.
"When I score I'm happy, that's the main thing. I hope I can do that more and help this team get more wins to help them go up the table."
Trotta, 19, scored three goals in as many games for Wanderers.
