Wes Fogden has paid tribute to boss Lee Bradbury for his role in the 23-year-old's improvement since arriving at Bournemouth.
Fogden signed from Havant & Waterlooville in October and has since established himself in the middle of the park.
He has featured 10 times for Bournemouth and credits Bradbury's intensive training for developing every facet of his game.
"He (Bradbury) is brilliant," said Fogden. "He's such a nice guy and his knowledge of football has really helped positionally.
"One big thing I've noticed from going from being part-time to full-time is the difference in the standard of training.
"Here the levels are so high and he gets the most out of us."
