Teenage midfielder Josh Carmichael has signed his first professional contract at League One club Bournemouth.
The 17-year-old made his debut for the Cherries against Exeter in September, coming on as a substitute in a 2-0 win.
The youngster will officially sign his deal - the length of which is yet to be disclosed - on the Dean Court pitch before Saturday's match against Bury.
"Everything has happened really quickly and to get a professional deal so soon is a dream come true," Carmichael told Bournemouth's official website.
"I just want to keep working hard and try and get in and around the first team and hopefully get more games under my belt."
Youth team manager Paul Groves said: "He has shown great maturity and handles himself well. It's a great credit to Josh that he has this deal."
