Peterborough defender Grant Basey has not ruled out extending his loan spell at League One club Wycombe Wanderers.
The 22-year-old left-back impressed in his Wanderers debut in the draw with Walsall on Saturday after joining from Posh on a month-long deal just 48 hours earlier.
"When I spoke to the gaffer (Darren Ferguson at Peterborough) he told me it was beneficial for both parties for me to go and get games," Basey told the Buckinghamshire Advertiser. "It is initially a one-month deal but I could stay longer if the move works out.
"I have gelled in straight away. It was a bit nerve-wracking at first, like the first day at school, but the lads are all good lads.
"From what I have seen there is a great team-spirit and if we can use that togetherness then we will win games."
