Bury captain Steven Schumacher hopes to put his injury woes behind him and return to the first team.
The midfielder had missed seven weeks due to a calf problem but was an unused substitute during the 3-1 win at Yeovil at the weekend.
Schumacher, who admitted he was still not fully fit, hopes to make a timely return to action ahead of a tough month for Bury.
He told BBC Radio Manchester: "It was good to be back. It was nice to feel part of things and it was a great win.
"At the moment it (the calf) feels good and I'm probably not 100% fit but that will come with another week's training behind me and maybe a reserve game this week.
"It's a massive month for us - we're playing teams that are around us. If I can get back in the team and have an influence in the next three games then that's what I'm aiming towards."
