Leyton Orient boss Russell Slade thanked the club's supporters for sticking with them during their poor start to the season.
The Os are still bottom of League One but finally won their first match of the season at the 11th attempt when they sank Preston 2-1 at Brisbane Road on Saturday.
"They've been magnificent, every single one of them," said Slade. "They've stayed with me, they've stayed with the team.
"I think they believe the team is trying and that the position in the table is not a true reflection of the state of the football club.
"It's a long way from being perfect but hopefully it's a big turning point."
