Uwe Rosler says Richard Lee is one of the key reasons Brentford have been winning after the goalkeeper repelled Wycombe in a 1-0 victory.
Brentford claimed their fifth League One triumph and dominated early on, making the breakthrough when Kevin O'Connor smashed home from 12 yards after James Tunnicliffe fouled Clayton Donaldson.
And after seeing his side concede just five times in the league this season to sit in a play-off spot, Rosler was full of praise for the last line of his defence.
"Richard Lee is an excellent shot-stopper and a very good goalie for us and from distance it takes a lot to beat him," he said.
"I'm very pleased with the clean sheet and our overall performance, particularly in the first half.
"Our back four defended excellently in the box and we were able to restrict them to long-range chances. We played in control, didn't give them any chances and scored the goal in the first half."
