Scunthorpe winger Mark Duffy has lauded his colleague and house-mate Bobby Grant, who has been on a splendid goal run of late.
The striker has notched six goals in his last five matches but the in-form hitman will now serve a suspension after he was sent off against Colchester.
Duffy praised Grant's contribution this term and told Scunthorpe's official website: "Bobby is a really confident lad and if you saw him in training you would see what a hard worker he is.
"We all knew that if he got a goal or two then he'd go on to score more because he's got confidence and he's the best finisher in the entire squad.
"He was absolutely gutted to be sent off on Saturday and felt his second yellow was given to him for something he didn't do."
