Carlisle manager Greg Abbott insists Brunton Park will not resemble a hive of activity on transfer deadline day.
Abbott is confident he will repel any approaches for in-demand players such as goalkeeper Adam Collin and also ruled out any late forays into the transfer market.
He told the News & Star: "We've a good, strong squad and that's the way I want to keep it.
"I wouldn't welcome anybody coming in for any of my players and they will be rebuffed.
"We've worked really hard to get a squad like the one we've got. We want to make it stronger rather than weaker.
"I am happy for the moment with what I've got and, if I feel we need to add to it, there is always the loan market."
