Brentford's Leon Legge has urged his centre-back partner Karleigh Osbourne to follow him in signing a new deal at Griffin Park.

Legge penned a new three-year contract, committing himself to the Bees for the long term and now wants Osbourne, who is in the last year of his current deal, to do likewise. "I have always said me and Karleigh have a good partnership, and we have played 50 or 60 games together now, so we have built a great understanding," Legge told the Hounslow Chronicle. "It will be a massive boost for the club and for the fans if we can get Karleigh to sign up too, he's a great players and it's easy to forget he's still so young. "He's grown up with the club, and he's definitely an old head on young shoulders. We are all hoping he signs and stays."
