Brentford boss Uwe Rosler has been backed to succeed at his new club by Fulham winger Bjorn Helge Riise.

Riise played under Rosler for a year at Lillestrom, before Rosler moved on to manage Viking FK and Molde. And the 28-year-old has tipped his former boss to prove a big success at Griffin Park. "He's a brilliant coach, and improved me a lot as a player. He's the one who got me into the Norwegian national team," said Riise. "He expects and demands a lot of every player in every training session and games. But if you show him you work hard you will improve."
