Chesterfield have extended former Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Rohan Ricketts' trial period at the the B2net Stadium.
The 28-year-old winger has been training with the League Two champions and featured for John Sheridan's side in the recent pre-season friendlies against Coventry and Hull. A decision was due to be made about Ricketts after the Hull game at the weekend but the former Arsenal youngster will remain with the Spireites this week. Manager Sheridan has said he expects to add to his squad before Chesterfield's League One opener at Tranmere on Saturday.
