Wycombe defender Dave Winfield is set for a scan after sustaining a knee injury against Crystal Palace.

The 23-year-old limped out of the goalless draw following a first-half clash with Eagles striker Glenn Murray and will have the problem assessed ahead of the pre-season visit of West Ham on Saturday.

Blues boss Gary Waddock said: "Dave had a problem with his knee after a challenge but apart from that we are okay injury-wise."

After back-to-back friendlies away at non-league Staines and Braintree, Wycombe returned to Adams Park for the first time since securing promotion on May 7.

Waddock handed home debuts to five of his new signings - James Tunnicliffe, Ben Harding, Joel Grant, Scott Donnelly and John Halls - as Wanderers defended stoically to earn a draw.
