Tranmere's new signing Owain Fon Williams says it was the club's ambition that convinced him to sign.
The Welsh goalkeeper signed a two-year deal at Prenton Park after leaving fellow League One side Rochdale at the end of last season.
"Tranmere is an ambitious club and that suits me," he told the club's official website. "I hope to play at the highest level one day.
"I've always said I wanted to get to the very top.
"As a little boy I would dream of lifting the FA Cup or winning the league title and following that dream keeps me on my toes, keeps my drive going."
