Exeter have received a boost with the news striker Daniel Nardiello has signed a new deal with the club.

The former Manchester United forward, who scored 13 goals last term, was out of contract at St James Park after just one season in Devon but he has now put pen to paper on fresh terms. Nardiello moved to Exeter from Blackpool last summer, making 37 appearances in all competitions for the Grecians, 18 of which came from the bench. The 28-year-old is the third player to have signed a new deal with the club since the end of last season, following in the footsteps of Richard Duffy and David Noble.
