Exeter director of football Steve Perryman has expressed his excitement at the signing of Spanish striker Guillem Bauza.
The former Espanyol prospect joined the Devon club after turning down the opportunity to stay at Northampton, where he scored four goals in 10 appearances last season.
Perryman said: "He's someone who can lead the line very well and sets up chances as well as scoring.
"Signed so far we have Richard Logan and John O'Flynn who play a particular way, whereas Bauza comes a little deeper to feet, he can join the play up very well so that we get a midfield link to the front."
"We're really looking forward to working with him, adding to what we've got.
"We want him to improve us all to go a step further next season."
