Scott McGleish believes Leyton Orient's team spirit was responsible for a memorable season at Brisbane Road.
Tipped by many to struggle again, Russell Slade's side not only came within a point of finishing in the play-offs but also famously held Arsenal to a 1-1 draw in the FA Cup fifth round.
Striker McGleish may have been released by Slade but he will always look back on the campaign fondly.
"This year the boys gelled together more quickly and better than the previous season," he said.
"It is team spirit which takes you a long way. We kick lumps of each other in training and we took that attitude onto the pitch."
