Hartlepool midfielder Paul Murray has extended his stay at Victoria Park by signing a new contract.
The 34-year-old made 41 appearances, scoring one goal, in his first season with the club since his arrival last summer. Murray came runner-up for both the fans' player of the year and away player of the year awards recently thanks to his consistent form and solid midfield performances. The former England Under-21 player has played for six other clubs throughout his career, starting at Carlisle.
