Hibernian have confirmed John Rankin and Colin Nish are among the names of 10 players departing this summer.
Manager Colin Calderwood is keen to overhaul his side with Steven Thicot, Kevin McBride, Kevin McCann, Valdas Trakys, Thomas Flynn, Kurtis Byrne and Ewan Moyes also leaving while loanee Darryl Duffy will return to Bristol Rovers.
Calderwood has decided to wait until the end of the SPL season before deciding whether keeper Graham Stack, midfielder Liam Miller and forward Ricardo Vaz Te will be offered fresh terms.
It remains to be seen whether the club's top scorer Derek Riordan stays at Hibs with reports on Friday intimating he will leave in the summer having failed to agree fresh terms.

"Discussions with other players out of contract this summer are ongoing, and further updates will be provided after the season has finished."
