Chilvers: County more organised

Notts County have been working on their organisation since Paul Ince took charge, according to Liam Chilvers.

The 29-year-old defender, who had been frozen out of the first team since his red card in the Carling Cup against Wolves in September, returned to the starting line-up for Saturday's 2-0 FA Cup win over Gateshead. Chilvers claims County have let in far too many easy goals so far this season, so the focus on organisation was sorely needed. He told the club's official website: "We've conceded too many goals that could have been cut out, so it's a case of if everyone knows what they're doing in every situation, then you do it without thinking. "It's very much on the back four and the midfield working together, the two banks of four. It's making sure we move up and down the pitch together and stop balls getting into the opposing strikers. "No harm can come from doing it but the next couple of weeks are going to be hard work."
