Hartlepool defender Peter Hartley is attracting interest from the Championship, skysports.com understands.
The former Sunderland trainee has produced a string of impressive displays under Pools caretaker boss Mick Wadsworth.
Now the 22-year-old is attracting the attention of a number of clubs, and skysports.com understands three Championship clubs watched him in action against Peterborough earlier this month.
And it is understood one of those clubs was Scunthorpe United, whilst there is also interest from a number of other League One clubs.
Hartley, whose current deal is due to expire in the summer, joined Hartlepool last year from Sunderland and has now played over 40 games for the club.
